Earnings & Analytics

The Build tab gives you tools to track your revenue and understand your subscriber base.

Earnings

The Sell Access section in the Build view holds your marketplace listing, your subscription price, your promotional coupon, and your Stripe Connect payout setup. Your price now lives under Marketplace Listing rather than on a separate Subscription Price tab.

Pricing

Set your monthly subscription price in Sell Access → Marketplace Listing. Minimum is £150/month, GBP. Per paid invoice we take a flat £150 platform fee (Stripe processing fees come out of our share, not yours), so you receive everything above £150. At £150 flat you break even.

Promotional Coupon

Generate a coupon for a 2-month free trial (limited to 3 uses).

You can generate ONE promotional coupon to share with potential customers. The coupon provides a 2-month free trial and can be used up to 3 times. Codes are generated in a friendly format (e.g. "JESS-WELCOME").

To generate your coupon, go to Build → Sell Access → Promotional Coupon and click Generate Coupon. Once generated, copy the code and share it with potential subscribers. They enter it at checkout to receive the free trial.

note

You can only generate one coupon per expert account. Once all 3 redemptions are used, the coupon is exhausted.

Analytics

The Analytics section in the Build view gives you visibility into your subscriber base — overview stats and the subscriber table now live on a single page.

Overview stats

At the top of the page you can see:

  • Total subscribers -- all-time number of people who have ever subscribed to your coach
  • Active subscribers -- how many subscriptions are currently active

Subscriber table

Below the stats, a searchable and sortable subscriber table shows each person who has subscribed:

  • Name and email of the subscriber
  • Status -- active, cancelled, expired, or paused
  • Last active -- when they last had a conversation with your coach
  • Messages -- total messages they've sent across all conversations with your coach
  • Subscribed -- when they first joined
  • Summarise button -- on the far right of each row, opens an AI summary of their recent chats

Click any column header to sort.

Searching subscribers

The search box above the table does more than match names and emails -- it also searches chat content and existing summaries so you can quickly find a specific subscriber you've spoken to about a particular theme.

Example: you remember a subscriber raising an HR issue but you can't remember who it was. Type HR issue into the search box. Matching subscribers appear in the table, with a small pill next to their name showing "Last mentioned 5 Jan 2026" (with a chat icon for a match found in conversations, or a sparkles icon for a match found in an existing summary). Hover the pill to see the full phrase.

To keep your subscribers' privacy, search results never show the actual message text -- only whose chats matched and when.

Opening a subscriber summary

Click the Summarise button on any subscriber row to open a side panel with an AI-generated summary of their conversations with your coach.

Choosing a time period

At the top of the panel you have quick buttons for 7d / 14d / 30d / 90d and a Custom option.

  • Click one of the day buttons to generate a summary for that period. Each period is cached independently, so once you've generated 7d, 14d, 30d and 90d for a subscriber, flipping between them is instant.
  • Click Custom to open a date-range picker. You can select any range between the subscriber's first message and today; dates outside that range are disabled. No time-of-day picker -- ranges snap to whole days.

The label in the panel ("Summary · last 14 days" or "Summary · 3 Apr – 15 Apr") reflects the period you're currently looking at.

What's in the summary

Every summary includes:

  • Thematic overview -- a 150-250 word summary of what they've been discussing, key goals, recurring concerns, and patterns. It refers to the subscriber by their first name (when set) and to your coach by name.
  • Topic tags -- 3-6 clickable tags highlighting the main themes
  • Overall sentiment -- a clickable pill: positive, neutral, negative, or mixed
  • Activity metadata -- subscriber since, last active, conversation count, message count

Drilling into a topic

Click any topic tag to open a focused drill-down beneath the summary. The drill-down shows:

  • A 100-250 word analysis specific to that topic
  • Up to 5 illustrative example themes (not verbatim quotes)

The drill-down is scoped to whichever period you currently have selected -- switching from 30d to 7d while a topic is open will automatically refresh the drill-down for the new period.

Click the sentiment pill (positive/neutral/negative/mixed) to see a drill-down explaining what is driving that overall tone.

Drill-downs are also cached per period, so repeated clicks on the same topic are instant.

Copy or refresh

  • Copy copies the current summary (with topics and sentiment) to your clipboard, ready to paste into notes or an email.
  • Refresh regenerates the summary for the period you're looking at, picking up any conversations that have happened since the last generation.
Privacy

We never show you the actual messages your subscribers send. Summaries and drill-downs are generated by AI to give you themes and patterns without exposing individual message content. The AI is explicitly instructed not to include other people's names, emails, phone numbers, or financial details in the summary, and we run a final PII check on the output before saving it.

tip

Use the shorter windows (7d/14d) before a live session to see what's recent and fresh, and the longer windows (30d/90d) or a custom range to spot longer-term patterns across your whole subscriber base.

note

If a subscriber hasn't had any conversations in the selected period, the drill-down will let you know there's nothing to analyse.
