Profile Settings

Keep your profile up to date so other users and experts can identify you on GuidanceAI.

Accessing Your Settings

1. Click Settings in the sidebar or header menu.
2. You will land on the General tab by default.

Updating Your Profile

Name

Your first and last name are shown across the platform. To update them:

1. Click Edit on the Profile card
2. Update your first name and/or last name
3. Click Save Changes

Avatar

Add a profile photo or update your existing one:

1. Click on your avatar or the upload area
2. Select an image from your device
3. The image is automatically cropped to fit
4. Confirm to save

tip

Choose a clear, recognisable photo. If you are an Expert, subscribers will see your avatar alongside your coach.

Email Address

Your email address is displayed on the General tab. This is the email linked to your GuidanceAI account and is used for login and communications.

If you need to update your email address, please contact support.

Guided Tour

If you would like a refresher on how GuidanceAI works, you can replay the onboarding tour at any time.

1. Open Settings and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the Guided tour section.
3. Click Replay tour — the settings panel will close and the tour will start from the beginning.

Other Settings

From the Settings page you can also access:

• Billing -- manage subscriptions and payment methods
• Danger Zone -- permanently delete your account
