What to Include

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

  1. Your account email -- the email address you use to sign in to GuidanceAI
  2. Description of the issue -- a clear explanation of what is happening
  3. Steps to reproduce -- what you were doing when the issue occurred
  4. Error messages -- copy and paste any error messages you see
  5. Screenshots -- attach screenshots if they help illustrate the problem
For billing issues

Please also include the agent name and the approximate date of the transaction or charge in question. This helps us locate your records quickly.
