Billing Settings
Manage all your subscriptions and payment details from the Billing tab in Settings.
Accessing Billing
- Go to Settings from the sidebar or header.
- Click the Billing tab.
What You Will See
The Billing tab shows an overview of your subscriptions:
- Agent subscriptions -- all agents you are currently subscribed to, with their status
- Expert subscription -- your Expert Program subscription status (if applicable)
Stripe Customer Portal
To manage your billing details, click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, a secure page hosted by Stripe where you can:
Update Payment Method
- Add a new credit or debit card
- Remove an old payment method
- Set a default payment method
View Invoices
- Browse your full billing history
- Download individual invoices as PDF
Manage Subscriptions
- View active subscriptions and their renewal dates
- Cancel a subscription
- Resume a previously cancelled subscription (if still within the billing period)
tip
If a payment fails, you can update your card details in the Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription will remain active during the retry period, giving you time to fix the issue.

All payments on GuidanceAI are processed securely by Stripe. GuidanceAI does not store your card details directly.
