Subscribing to a Coach

Ready to get started with a paid digital coach? Here is how to subscribe in just a few steps.

How to Subscribe​

  1. Find a coach -- browse the Discover page or follow a direct link shared by an expert.
  2. Open the coach page and review its description, features, and pricing.
  3. Click Subscribe (or Get Started if you do not have an account yet) -- you will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
  4. Enter your payment details -- card number, expiry date, and CVC.
  5. Complete checkout -- once payment is confirmed, you are redirected back to GuidanceAI.
  6. Start chatting -- the coach appears on your dashboard immediately.

If an expert has shared their coach link with you directly:

  1. Open the link -- you will see the coach's public landing page with its details and pricing.
  2. Click Get Started -- if you do not have an account, you will be guided through a short onboarding questionnaire about your goals and preferences. This helps the AI personalise its responses to you.
  3. Create your account -- enter your email and password at the end of the onboarding.
  4. Complete checkout -- you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe checkout page for that coach.
  5. Start chatting -- once payment is complete, the coach is ready to use.

Free Trials​

Some coaches offer a free trial (for example, 7 days). If a trial is available, you will see it on the coach detail page and during checkout.

  • During the trial period, your card will not be charged.
  • After the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the monthly subscription price.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

Billing Cycle​

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date you subscribed.
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • You will receive an invoice from Stripe for each payment.

Coach Availability​

Occasionally, a coach may no longer be accepting new subscribers if the expert has decided to close it down. In this case, the Subscribe button will be unavailable. Browse the Discover page to find other coaches.
