Using Promo Codes

Have a promo code? You can apply it during checkout to get a discount on your subscription.

How to Apply a Promo Code​

  1. Click Subscribe on the agent detail page to open Stripe checkout.
  2. On the checkout page, look for the "Add promotion code" link below the order summary.
  3. Enter your code and click Apply.
  4. The discount will appear in the order summary before you complete payment.

Types of Discounts​

Promo codes can offer different types of discounts:

  • Percentage off -- for example, 50% off the monthly price
  • Fixed amount off -- for example, £10 off per month
  • 100% off -- completely free for the duration of the discount

Some discounts apply to the first month only, while others may last for several months or indefinitely. The terms will be shown at checkout.

Why Card Details Are Still Required​

Even with a 100% discount, you will still need to enter your card details during checkout. This is standard practice for subscription services (used by Netflix, Spotify, and others).

  • Your card will not be charged while the full discount is active.
  • If the discount has a limited duration, your card will be charged the regular price once it expires.

Promo codes can only be applied during checkout. They cannot be added to an existing subscription after purchase.
