Your free 60-day trial

Every paid coach on GuidanceAI now starts with a 60-day free trial. You can chat with the coach as much as you like for two months without entering any payment details.

How it works​

  1. Find a coach you want to try -- browse the Discover page or open a coach's landing page.
  2. Click "Start free trial" -- no card details, no payment, no commitment. The coach is added to your library straight away.
  3. Verify your email -- you can start the trial right away, but you'll need to verify your email address before you can send your first message. Check your inbox for the verification link (you can resend it from the chat screen).
  4. Chat for 60 days -- once verified, you have full access to text chat and voice mode.
  5. On day 60 -- your trial ends. You can still re-read your past conversations, but new messages and voice mode are paused.
  6. Add a card to keep going -- when you're ready to continue, add a payment card and your monthly subscription starts.

Do I need to verify my email?​

You can start a trial and add the coach to your library without verifying — it'll appear in your sidebar straight away. But to send messages (or use voice), you'll need a verified email address. When you open the chat before verifying, you'll see a prompt to verify your email, with a button to resend the verification link. As soon as you verify, you can start chatting.

What happens at the end of the trial​

When your 60-day trial ends:

  • You'll see a banner on the chat page asking you to add a card to continue.
  • Your past conversations remain visible in read-only mode — you won't lose any history.
  • New messages and voice mode are paused until you add a card.
  • You can come back and add a card at any time — there's no deadline.

What happens if I add a card before day 60?​

You only get charged from the end of your free trial. For example, if you add a card on day 30, you'll keep getting the remaining 30 days free, and your first charge happens on day 60.

Can I trial the same coach twice?​

No — each coach has a one-time 60-day trial per account. If your trial ends and you decide later you want to come back, you'll be asked to add a card straight away rather than starting another trial.

Reminders before your trial ends​

We'll email you twice before your trial ends:

  • 10 days before -- a heads-up so you can decide whether to continue.
  • 2 days before -- a final reminder.
  • On the day your trial ends -- confirmation that your trial has ended and how to continue.

If you don't want to continue, no action is needed — your trial just ends and you stop receiving emails.
