Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage all your subscriptions from your account settings.
Viewing Your Subscriptions
- Go to Settings from the sidebar or header.
- Select the Billing tab.
Here you will see all your active subscriptions, including the agent name and subscription status (Active, Trialing, or Cancelled).
Stripe Customer Portal
To make changes to your billing, click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
- Update your payment method -- add a new card or replace an existing one
- View invoice history -- see all past payments
- Download invoices -- get PDF invoices for your records
- Cancel a subscription -- stop your subscription from renewing
Cancelling a Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Resubscribing
If you change your mind after cancelling, visit the agent's detail page and click Subscribe to start a new subscription.
tip
Need to update your card before it expires? Head to Manage Billing and add your new card details at any time.
