Common Issues

Here are solutions to the most frequently encountered problems on GuidanceAI.

Can't Log In

  • Check your email and password -- make sure there are no typos
  • Use Forgot Password -- click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your credentials
  • Check email verification -- if you recently signed up, look for a verification email in your inbox (and spam folder)

If your verification link has expired, try signing up again with the same email address to receive a new link.

Chat Not Loading

  • Check your internet connection -- make sure you are online
  • Refresh the page -- a simple reload often resolves temporary issues
  • Clear your browser cache -- outdated cached data can sometimes cause problems

Subscription Not Showing

  • Wait a moment -- after purchasing, it can take a few seconds for your subscription to appear
  • Refresh the page -- pull the latest data by reloading
  • Check Settings > Billing -- confirm your subscription status in the Billing tab

Agent Not Responding

  • Check your internet connection -- ensure you are online
  • Refresh the page -- try reloading and sending your message again
  • Try again later -- if the issue persists, the agent may be experiencing temporary issues

Payment Declined

  • Check card details -- ensure the card number, expiry, and CVC are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds -- verify your account has enough balance
  • Try a different card -- some cards may be blocked for online transactions
  • Contact your bank -- your bank may be declining the transaction for security reasons
  • Try signing up again with the same email address
  • A new verification email will be sent
  • Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive in your inbox
