Navigating the Dashboard

Your dashboard is the central hub for everything you do on GuidanceAI. Here is a quick tour of what you will find.

Guided Tour​

When you first sign in, GuidanceAI will automatically show you a short guided tour. A spotlight highlights each key area of the app one at a time, with a brief explanation of what it does. Use the Next and Back buttons to move through the steps, or click Skip tour to dismiss it.

You can replay the tour at any time from Settings → Profile → Guided tour.

Welcome Greeting​

At the top of the page, you will see a personalised greeting with your name. This confirms you are signed in and ready to go.

Key Sections​

Recent Chats​

Pick up right where you left off. The Recent Chats section shows your latest conversations so you can jump back into any of them with a single click.

Usage Stats​

Get a snapshot of your activity, including:

  • Total conversations you have started
  • Messages sent this month
  • Most used coaches based on your chat history

Purchased Coaches​

A grid of all the digital coaches you currently have active subscriptions to. Click any coach card to open a conversation with that coach.

Discover new coaches you might enjoy. GuidanceAI suggests coaches based on popular picks and categories you have not explored yet.

The sidebar on the left gives you quick access to the main areas of the app:

  • Dashboard -- return to your home screen
  • Discover Coaches -- browse the full coach marketplace
  • About Me -- upload documents and import context from other AI assistants so coaches understand you
  • Settings -- manage your profile, billing, and account

Chat and Build Modes​

At the top of the sidebar, just below the GuidanceAI logo, you will see a Chat / Build toggle. This switches the sidebar between two modes:

  • Chat -- the standard view described above. This is the default for all users.
  • Build -- the Expert Dashboard, where you can create and manage your own digital coach. If you are not yet an Expert, clicking Build will show you how to get started.

If you are an Expert, the Build tab gives you access to your coach settings, earnings, and subscriber analytics.

Quick Tip

If you have just subscribed to a new coach, it will appear in your Purchased Coaches section straight away.
